Mosquito Lagoon and Indian River Boat Ramps

I use several boat ramps depending on weather conditions and the quickest access to the
best fishing. The most common ramps I use are indicated on the picture below. I often will
meet clients travelling from Orlando at Parrish Park in Titusville and have them follow me to
the ramps located inside the Wildlife Refuge. Parrish Park is located at 1 A Max Brewer
Memorial Parkway, Titusville. To reach this ramp:

From the south Orlando, Disney, and Kissimmee area:
Take Hwy 528 Beachline Expressway east towards Cocoa Beach. Stay left at the split
getting onto the 407 Challenger Memorial Parkway to I-95 north. Travel 8 miles on I-95 north
to Exit 220 - SR 406 Garden St Titusville. Turn right on 406 and travel 4 miles. Upon
crossing the drawbridge over the Indian River, you will see the Parrish Park ramps and
parking lot on your left.

From the Daytona Beach area, we will often meet at the Bairs Cove boat ramp at Haulover
Canal. To reach this ramp, take I-95 south to exit 231, CR 5-A. Turn left and this road will
end in one mile at US Hwy 1. Turn left on US 1 and travel 4.5 miles. You will see a large
brown sign for the Wildlife Refuge. Immediately after this sign will be Kennedy Parkway, US
3, on your right. Take this road approximately 8 miles. You will cross the drawbridge over
Haulover Canal. After the bridge, you will see the sign for Bairs Cove on the right. Turn right
at the sign and make an immediate right back towards the bridge. This road will end at the
ramp. For those wanting to use Mapquest directions, enter the term Allenhurst as the city
leaving the street blank. Mapquest will place a star on the map at Haulover Canal.

From New Smyrna Beach: Take SR 44 to US Hwy 1. Go south through the towns of
Edgewater and Oak Hill. Two miles south of the only flashing light in Oak Hill you will see the
sign for the Wildlife Refuge and Kennedy Parkway will be on your left. Take Kennedy
Parkway until you see the sign for the ramp we have chosen to use.
